糖尿病伴或不伴冠心病患者血浆蛋白C系统的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解糖尿病伴或不伴冠心病患者的血浆蛋白C系统的改变。方法观察对象为:①对照组20例健康人;②糖尿病组(DM)20例;③糖尿病合并冠心病组(DM+CHD)31例。测定血浆血栓调节蛋白(TM),蛋白C含量及活性及蛋白S含量。结果与对照组相比,DM组与DM+CHD组TM水平无统计学意义;PC含量仅DM组较对照组有统计学意义(P=0.041),而PC活性则两组较对照组均有统计学意义(P=0.036,P=0.001),但两组间无显著性差异;两组PS含量较对照组无统计学意义。结论糖尿病患者已存在抗凝系统,特别是蛋白C系统的异常,主要表现为PC活性升高,而目前尚缺乏这种变化致心血管病的直接证据。
