摘要
目的回顾近十余年来的电刺激促进骨折愈合的文献,对不同的电刺激仪及其各自的临床效果进行简要的分析和描述。方法全面复习关于电刺激仪的种类、基础研究、临床效果、影响因素及必要的辅助措施等方面的文献,阐述电刺激促进骨折愈合的研究现状,提出目前研究中存在的问题及今后应该注重的研究方向。结果电刺激对骨折愈合的促进作用是确实有效的,其适应证广泛,不受患者以前是否接受过手术治疗、是否感染、是否体重过大及骨折处有无金属固定物等因素的影响。结论今后应加强对电刺激促进骨折愈合机制的研究,同时,如果能将电刺激与合适的外固定器械结合起来研究,既可以获得有效的骨折处固定,又解决了电极的植入问题,将获得事半功倍的效果。
Objective Reviewing the literature of electrical stimulation on fracture healing in recent ten years, and providing a brief description of the different techniques and their respective clinical utility. Methods A thorough review of the electrical properties and the influence of electrical stimulation on healing is presented here. The research condition of application of electrical stimulation on fracture healing is analysed , so as to outline future directions in basic and clinical research. Results Electrical stimulation, through invasive and noninvasive applications, has produced excellent results in the treatment of nonunions. Conclusion Future directions in basic and clinical research are outlined to exploit fully the mechanism of electrical stimulation to promote fracture healing, in the meantime, electrical stimulation can be combined with external fixator. This not only will resolve the problem of invasion but also provide available fixation of fracture.
