盐酸坦索罗辛联合氯丙嗪治疗慢性盆底疼痛综合征

α_(1A)-blockers combined with Chloropromazine for the treatment of nonbacterial prostatitis/ prostatodynia

目的探讨盐酸坦索罗辛联合氯丙嗪治疗慢性盆底疼痛综合征的疗效与机制.方法将34例慢性盆底疼痛综合征患者经盐酸坦索罗辛联合氯丙嗪治疗4～12周后,对比治疗前后慢性前列腺炎症状指数评分(CPSI),并行统计学处理.结果疼痛或不适症状评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分及总分四项均有明显改善(P＜0.01).结论盐酸坦索罗辛联合氯丙嗪治疗可松弛前列腺尿道平滑肌,缓解患者焦虑情绪,从而改善慢性盆底疼痛综合征症状.

Objective To study the effect and mechanism of α 1A-blockers combined with Chloropromazine in the treatment of Nonbacterial prostatitis/Prostatodynia. Methods 34 patients were treated by α1A-blockers combined with Chloropromazine for 4-12 weeks ,then the chronic prostatitis symptom index （CPSI） were used to evaluate the effect. Results After treatment, the CPSI were improvedobviously （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion α1A-blockers combined with Chloropromazine can reduce the urethral pressure, relief the anxious emotion of the patients, and improve the symptoms of Nonbacterial prostatitis/Prostatodynia.
