The On - line Automatic Synthesis and Biodistribution of ^(11)C - Choline

摘要 目的研究[11C-甲基]胆碱在线自动化合成的方法,并初步应用于临床试验.方法11C-胆碱柱色层法在线制备.以Wistar大鼠研究动物体内生物学分布.结果柱色层制备的11C-胆碱放化纯度大于99%,合成效率为85%,合成时间11 min.动物分布表明:放射性主要分布于肾、肝和肠道,血液清除较快.结论柱色层法制备11C- 胆碱时间短,效率高,操作简单. Objective To study the on - line automatic synthesis of [ N - methyl -^11C] choline and to apply it in preliminary clinical application. Methods ^11C - Choline has been labeled on - llne with column - method, The biodistribution was studied with Wistar mices. Results The radiochemistry purity was great than 99%, the synthesis yield was 85%. The biodistribution showedt hat most part of activity were in kidney, liver and intestine. Conclusions It is suitable for PET center to synthesize ^11C - choline with column- method because the method has high yield, and operated easily.
