摘要
目的探讨MGMT及P53蛋白在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤发生和恶性度的关系.方法对39例人脑胶质瘤标本用免疫组化法检测MGMT和P53蛋白的表达,观察两者的相互关系及其和肿瘤恶性度间的关系.结果不同恶性程度胶质瘤间MGMT的阳性表达率无明显区别(p=0.496745),但表达强度却明显不同(p=0.018781), 两者呈明显的负相关(r=-0.629,p<0.05).P53蛋白的阳性表达率(p=0.027648)和表达强度(p=3.5×10-118)在不同恶性程度肿瘤间都有明显差异,与肿瘤的恶性程度呈正相关(r=0.575,p<0.05).MGMT的阳性表达强度和P53蛋白的阳性表达强度呈明显的负相关(r=-0.750,p<0.05).结论MGMT表达减弱和P53表达增强与脑胶质瘤的发生及其恶性程度有一定关系.
Objective To explore the MGMT expression in human gliomas and its implication to tumorigenesis and the degree of gliomas' malignancy. Methods After MGMT and P53 protein expression in 39 human brain gliomas were determined by inunanohistochemical technique, we evaluate the relation between MGMT and P53 expression and the one between the degree of gliomas' malignancy and MGMT and P53 expression. Results The differences of MGMT expression intensity were statistically significant among dif-ferent malignant degrees in gliomas (p = 0. 018781 ), showing an inversive correalation with the malignant degrees of gliomas (r = -0.629, p 〈 0.05 ),although the expression positive rate had no difference. Both the positive rate (p = 0.027648 ) and the intensity (p = 3.5 × 10^-118) of P53 expression were significantly different, and had a positive correlation with the malignant degrees (r = 0.575 ,p 〈 0.05). The MGMT expression intensity was inversively correlative to the P53 protein expression (r = -0.750,p 〈 0.05). Conclusions The weak MGMT expression and the strong P53 expression could be related to the tumorigenesis and the degrees of malignancy of human brain gliomas.
