红景天加鲜芦荟治疗化疗性静脉炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Chemotherapeutic phlebitis Treated with Gold Theragran Plus Fresh Aloe

目的探讨应用红景天加鲜芦荟治疗急性白血病化疗性静脉炎的有效措施。方法对80例化疗性静脉炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各40例。治疗组:根据静脉炎经中重分别采用适量红景天(Crassulaceae)粉末加鲜芦荟(ALOE)胶汁烂外敷患处;对照组采用传统法,取50%硫酸镁湿敷。结果结果治疗组总有效率95%以上;对照组总有效率65%,2组显效有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论红景天加鲜芦荟外敷治疗化疗性静脉炎,具有较强、较快的消肿、止痛、解痉、通络化痰、软化血管等药理作用。起效快捷,操作简便,安全可靠。

Objective To probe the effective treating measures of phlebitis in chemotherapy of acute leukemia. Methods 80 cases of patients with phlebitis induced by chemotherapy were divided into the treatment group and the control, each including 40 cases. According to the condition of phlebitis, applying sufficient Gold Theragran powder plus fresh aloe paste on afflicted part in the treatment group,and in the control group, applying traditional methods of wet compress with 50% magnesium sulfate.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was more than 95%, and that of the control group was 65%, there were significant difference between two groups, P〈 0.01. Conclusions Treating phlebitis with Gold Theragran powder plus fresh aloe paste, have the strong and rapid actions of detumescence, relieving pain, spasmolysis, promoting meridian and dissipate phlegm, softening blood vessel. It is an effective, safe and simple method.
