健康教育对2型糖尿病合并抑郁患者的影响

Effect of Health Education on Depression in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的调查2型糖尿病患者抑郁症状发生的情况并探讨健康教育对抑郁症状及糖代谢的影响。方法采用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)对85例2型糖尿病患者及68例正常人群进行测评并对比。将抑郁指数≥0.5的56例患者随机分为研究组30例,对照组26例。研究组药物治疗的同时给予为期8周的健康教育,分别于治疗前、治疗后进行抑郁自评量表及糖代谢控制水平评估。结果2型糖尿病合并抑郁情绪检出率66%,显著高于正常组(P<0.01)。经健康教育后观察组抑郁指数糖代谢均显著降低(均为P<0.05),与对照组比较均有显著差异(分别P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者合并抑郁症状发生率高,健康教育可改善抑郁症状及有助于控制血糖。

Objective To find out the rate of depressive symptom in patients with type 2 diabetes and study the effect of health education on depression and metabolism of glucose. Methods 85 patients with type 2 diabetes and 68 normal controls were assessed with SDS. Patients with depressive index larger than 0.5 were randomly divided into the intervention group （30 cases） and the control group （26 cases）. After 8 weeks health education, all 56 patients were assessed with SDS and their metablism of glucose were examined again. Results The rate of depression in patients with type 2 diabetes was 66%,which was significantly higher than normal control （P 〈 0.01）. Health education decreased the severity of depression and improved the metablism of glulose. Conclusions Depression is common in patients with type 2 diabetes, health education can help patients coping with depression so that benefit them psychologically and physically.
