植物雌激素对心血管的保护作用

摘要 目的植物雌激素包括一糸列来源于食物和饮料的化合物,本文主要介绍来源于大豆的异黄酮。从对血脂的作用、抗氧化作用、对细胞增殖和血栓形成的影响、对血管活性的影响几个方面对其作一综述。方法采用综述的方法。结果植物雌激素有调节血脂、抗氧化、抑制细胞增殖和血栓形成、扩张血管等作用。结论植物雌激素对心血管有保护作用。 Objective: Phytoestrogens, a diverse group of compounds found in various plant- derived toods and beverages,include many categories: isoflavones, lignans, resveratrol and so on. Isoflavones make up the most common form of phytoestrogens , and they are also the best studied. Two of the major isoflavones are genistein and daidzein. Methods: To summarize the development of phytoestrogens. Results: Epidemiologic studies have shown that the lower incidence of cardiovascular diseases is related with the high intake of dietary phytoestrogens in Asian population, which supports the hypothesis that phytoestrogens consumption may have a cardioprotective effect. Conclusion: In this review, phytoestrogens, especially isoflavones, are discussed as possible cardioprotective substances.
