摘要
建立了两种计算轧制压力的数学模型,并根据实测数据分别进行计算,将所得的轧制压力与实测压力进行了比较.用艾克隆德模型结构回归建立的压力模型的误差较大,一般为10 %~20 %,而用希姆斯模型结构回归建立的压力模型的误差在10 %以内,计算精度较高.后者可用于中厚板轧制压力的预报,指导实际生产.
Two kinds of mathematical model to calculate the rolling pressure of medium plate were established. A comparison of the calculated values with measured ones .for the rolling pressure showed that the relative deviation of calculated value with Eckerlond' s rolling force model is around 10 % - 20 %, while the deviation of calculated values with Sims' rolling force model is less than 10 % .Therefore, Sims' model is better for use to predict the rolling pressure.
