新型固相微萃取涂层的制备与应用

摘要 实验合成了苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸-醋酸乙烯酯聚合物,作为固相微萃取的涂层。考察了聚合物的热稳定性,自制SPME装置。采用HS-SPME-GC方法测定了水中苯、甲苯、二甲苯。对该方法的线性、重复性、最小检出限、回收率等进行了试验测定,结果令人满意。 Styrene- methacrylic acid- vinyl acetate copolymer was synthesized, which was used as solid- phase microextraction coating. The thermostability of the copolymer was investigated by thermal analysis . The SPME device was made. The nethod of head space solid - phase microextraction gas chromatography was used to determine benzene,toluene and xylene in water. Experimental data of linearity, precision, limit of detection and recovery were studied. This method is a simple and sensitive new method for the analysis of benzene ,toluene and xylenc in water .
