摘要 研究了脲醛树脂的预聚物通过原位聚合对红磷进行包覆的一些影响因素。实验表明,影响包覆条件的主要因素是预聚物与水的质量比、包覆温度、pH值和包覆时间。通过正交实验得到了进行微胶囊包覆的最佳条件为:红磷与水的质量比为1∶30,反应温度为75℃,pH值为3.5,反应时间为2h。颜色为白色,吸湿量为4.01%,用微胶囊红磷去阻燃聚氯乙烯,当含量为9.0%时,在500℃下残余物为14.45%。 Some conditions of depositing urea-formaldehyde resin onto the surface of red phosphorus by insitu polymerization were studied in this paper. Experiments proved the main factors influence the quality of microcapsulated red phosphorus is the ratio of preformed polymer to H20, the temperature of capsulation ,pH value and the time of capsulation. The optimum conditions of coating was obtained through orthogonal experiment , that is: the mass ratio of red phosphorus to water is 1:30, the reacting temperature is 75℃ ,pH value is 3.5, and the reacting time is 2 h, the color is white, the rate of absorbing water is 4.01%. When using 9.0% of the product to retard PVC at 500℃ ,the remainder is 14.45%.
