摘要
研究了以邻甲基苯胺为起始原料,经重氮化、偶合、还原、氧化反应合成藏花红的方法。讨论了反应条件对反应收率的影响。在重氮化反应:-6~-1℃,2h;偶合反应:33-35℃,3h;还原反应:95℃,6h;氧化反应:98-102℃,4h时,藏花红得率达到73.87%。
Synthesize saframine O using o-toluidine as primer reactant by diazotization, coupling reaction,reduction reaction, and oxidation. It was found that the yield of saframine O was up to 73.87% under a definite condition. The condition were as follows:diazotization is 2 h, -6 - - 1℃ ;coupling reaction is 3h, 33 -35℃ ;reduction reaction is 6 h, 95℃ ;oxidation reaction is 4 h, 98 - 102℃.
