框架结构增层新技术应用研究

Application and Study on the Storied Enhancement in the Reinforced Concrete Frame Structure

在房屋的增层方案中,主要有直接增层和外套框架增层两种。结合实际工程的需要,就直接增层中的框架结构增层改造的“接柱”问题进行了试验研究。并成功地采用“钻孔植筋”和粘钢加固相结合的方法将原框架直接增加5层,为解决框架增层的“接柱”问题提供了一种可行、可靠的途径。

In the schemes of the storied enhancement of the building there are mainly two methods, that is, direct storied enhancement and storied enhancement of the outer garment flame.. According to requirement of the practical project this paper has solved the problems of the ＂joint column＂ of the frame structure in the direct storied enhancement, using the method of combining ＂drilling hole and planting steel bar＂ with the steel adhered reinforcement for reinforced concrete. This method has provided both a feasible and reliable avenues for the reformation of storied enhancement in the frame structure.
