护士着装及仪表的调查

Investigation of Correlate Factors of Nurses Clothes and Appearance

目的强化护士着装及仪表规范化管理,树立良好的职业形象。方法采用自行设计的问卷对病人、陪护和医务人员共299人进行调查。结果病人/陪护与医务人员在护士的着装及仪表对病人的健康和病情是否产生影响、护士有无必要化淡妆上岗、有无必要借鉴其他服务行业的着装及仪表规范、是否满意目前护士的着装及仪表以及护士服的颜色等方面选择的差异有显著性(P<0.05),并且绝大多数人对目前我院的护士着装及仪表感到满意。结论护士规范的着装及仪表给人信任,并且在平凡的工作中贯穿和体现美,以带给病人美的感受,美的体验,也铸造了护士美的素质。

Objective To reinforce nurses wearing and appearance normalization admmistration,create favorable profession image. Methods With self-designed questionnaire, 299 persons including patients, their companions and medical members were investigated, Results There were significant differences in the following aspects： having or not influence of nurses wearing and appearance on patients health and condition, nurses with light make-up or not on duty, whether mirroring other service industry wearing and appearance normalization or not, satisfaction degree on nurses wearing and appearance and color of nurses cloth, （P＜0.05）. Most people were satisfied with the wearing and appearance of nurses in our hospital. Conclusions Normalized wearing and appearance of nurses can make people trusting them, penetrate and express beauty in commonplace work, It can also bring us the perception and experience of beauty and form the beautiful diathesis of nurses.
