老年肺结核患者服药依从性的影响因素

Analysis of Influence Factors of Taking Medicine Dependence of Senile Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients

目的探讨影响老年肺结核患者服药依从性的原因,提出相应护理对策。方法采用一对一询问调查方法,对入组初治患者在接受抗痨治疗过程中,了解患者遵医时的影响因素。结果发现90例老年肺结核患者不按时服药占调查总数的43.5%,患者服药依从性差的原因与文化程度、疾病相关知识、家庭配合情况、药物副作用等有关。结论要提高老年患者服药依从性,就要建立全面的、多元化的健康教育体系、简化疗程、重视药物的副作用,对患者及家属进行医嘱依从性联合干预。

Objective To probe the influence factors of taking medicine dependence of senile pulmonary tuberculosis patients, to provide corresponding nursing strategy. Methods Adopting one-to-one inquiring methods, during anti-tuberculosis initial treatment, the influences of modo prescripto were investigate. Results About 90 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients did not take medicine on time, occupying 43.5% in the total. The poor taking medicine dependence of patients was related to culture degree, disease association knowledge, family condition and medicine side effect. Conclusions Taking medicine dependence raising is based on establishing all round and plural health education system,simplifying the course of treatment, thinking highly of the side effect, patients and their family were interfered meanwhile.
