The Challenges to the University Culture and the Measures in the New Situation

本文从揭示高校校园文化的基本内涵入手,分析了新形势下高校校园文化建设面临的市场经济影响、多元生活需求、多个校区分离、网络文化兴起和高等教育开放等五个方面的挑战,提出了应对挑战的六项对策:提高认识,坚持方向;夯实基础,体现特色;围绕主题,提高品位;抢战平台,扩大影响;规范管理,以人为本;传承文明,与时俱进。

Starting with revealing the basic connotation of the university culture, the author analyses the challenges to the university culture m the new situation, which are the effect of marketing economy,the need of the pluralistic life,the separation among the districts of university,the rising of web culture and the opening of advanced education.And the author also puts forward six measures： enhancing the recognition, holding the direction;surrounding the subject, increasing the grade;occupying the forum, extending the influence; standardize the management, concerning the people;inheriting the culture, developing with the time goes.
