摘要
利用正交试验方法,选用水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、砂率作为配合比设计参数,考察其对高性能混凝土温缩系数的影响规律.研究结果表明:在所研究的3个配合比设计参数中,砂率对温缩系数的影响最为显著,特别是在高温区(10℃~45℃)时,但在低温区(-25℃~10℃)对温缩系数并无明显影响;而粉煤灰掺量和水胶比对高性能混凝土的温缩系数影响非常有限.
Taking the weight ratio of water to cementing material, the amount of fly-ash additive and the content of sands as the mix-designed parameters, the influence of those parameters on the temperature shrinkage features of high performance concrete was studied with orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the content of sands has a bigger influence on the temperature shrinkge features at high temperature (10 ℃ ~45℃), but has a little influence at low temperture(-25℃~ 10℃) ;while the amount of fly-ash additive and the weight ratio of water to cementing material have a limited influence on the temperature shrinkage features. 6 tabs, 3 figs, 7 refs.
