摘要
设计了基于DSP的整经机恒张力控制系统,介绍了整个系统的构成、伺服系统控制芯片DSP56F805的最小系统、恒张力控制PID算法的实现以及数字PID控制器参数的确定。对系统进行了仿真试验,结果表明该系统具有快速响应能力,计算精确、控制可靠。
Controlling system of warping machine constant tension based on DSP was designed. Making up of whole system, smallest system of servo controlling chip DSP56F805, realization of PID calculation of constant tension controlling and determination of parameters of digital PID controller were introduced. Simulate test of system was done, the result shows that this system has property of quick response ability, exact calculation and failsafe controlling.
