摘要
介绍了苎麻落麻的性能特点、纺制苎麻/棉55/4536.7tex、30.9tex混纺纱的工艺流程;根据原料特点,纺纱各工序通过采取相应技术措施、合理配置工艺,使苎麻棉混纺纱在RFRS10型转杯纺纱机上顺利生产,成纱质量稳定。
Performance speciality of ramie noil was introduced, technology circulation of spinning ramie cotton 55/45 36, 7 tex and ramie cotton 55/45 30.9 tex were introduced too. According to speciality of material, relative technology measures and reasonable technology configuration were adopted by each process to product ramie cotton blending yarn with RFRSI0 rotor spinning frame and assure yarn quality.
