摘要
介绍了日本村田公司生产的№21C型络筒机的技术特点,对№21C型机和№7-Ⅱ型机络制的筒纱质量进行了对比,认为№21C型络筒机配置的毛羽减少装置、气圈控制器及智能卷绕机构等装置能有效减少络纱毛羽的增加,降低了管纱强力损失。
Technology speciality of №21C cone winding machine which is produced by Japan Murata company was introduced. Cheese quality of №21C cone winding machine and №7- Ⅱ cone winding machine were compared, the result shows that reducing hairiness set, balloon controller and intelligent winding mechanism in №21C cone winding machine can reduce the increasing of hairiness in winding and decrease lose of bobbin strength.
