摘要
针对GA306型浆纱机工艺控制系统不稳定,织轴卷绕故障率高的问题,进行了两单元传动改造,增加了一个变频电机单独传动织轴卷绕,改造后降低了设备故障率,提高了浆纱质量。
According to problems of unstable technology controlling system and high fault rate in warp beam winding of GA306 sizing machine, two element transmission innovation were done, and adopt frequency motor to drive warp beam winding individually was increased. Fault rate of equipment is reduced and yarn quality is enhanced after innovating.
