Numerical simulation of SFRC subjected to blasting load

摘要 在野外爆炸试验的基础上,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,对钢纤维混凝土(SFRC)抗爆炸性能进行数值模拟,结果表明:迎爆面爆压峰值高达10GPa左右,距起爆点5cm、15cm爆压力分别衰减了约60%、80%,在等距离范围内,普通混凝土板的爆压力衰减幅度与SFRC板基本一致;同装药量时SFRC板爆坑大小与普通混凝土板差不多,但前者层裂区直径与深度均较大程度小于后者。数值模拟结果与实测结果比较接近,反映了SFRC板和普通混凝土板在爆炸作用下的受力与破坏特征。 Base on blasting experiments in the field, the behaviour of steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) subjected blasting load were simulated by ANSYS/LS - DYNA, and the results showed that the maximal blasting pressure were run up to about 10 GPa, and the blasting pressure reduced about 60 % and 80 % after blasting wave propagated 5cm and 15cm away, respectively, and the reduction amplitude of blasting pressure in SFRC plates and normal concrete plates were almost same in the equidistance. In additional, when the TNT charge weights were same, the dimension of detonation craters in front face of SFRC plates and normal concrete plates had no significant difference, however, the diameters and depths of scabbing in back face of former were smaller than those of the latter to greater degree. As a consequence, the numerical simulations were closely to the actual experiments, and displayed the stress and failure pattern of SFRC plates subjected to blasting load.
