机制砂在预拌泵送混凝土中应用的探讨

针对目前北京建筑用砂短缺、质次的现状,本文对机制砂的主要技术指标对预拌泵送混凝土的影响进行了试验分析,试验研究了机制砂对预拌泵送混凝土的和易性与强度的影响。通过试验表明,品质优良的机制砂完全可以替代天然砂配制出性能优良的预拌泵送混凝土。

In view of the current situation that sand is short of supply as well as in poor quality in Beijing, the article analyzes the effects of the main technology index of the machine - made sand on the quality of the ready - mixed pumped concrete. The experiments study the influences of the machine - made sand on the workability and strength of the concrete. The experiments demonstrate that the qualified machine - made sand could completely substitute the natural sand to make high - grade ready- mixed pumped concrete.
