摘要
目的探讨体外培育牛黄制剂(in-vitro calculus bovis compound preparation,ICCBco)对血吸虫性家兔肝纤维化组织细胞外基质的影响。方法血吸虫尾蚴皮肤敷贴法感染14只家兔构建肝纤维化模型。其中7只家兔于感染后40 d开始给予ICCBco饲料喂养至90 d。分别用Masson染色法及图像分析仪测定肝组织胶原纤维的含量。结果血吸虫性家兔肝组织胶原纤维含量健康对照组明显增加(20.37±1.31 vs 4.72±0.85,P< 0.01),ICCBco干预组肝脏的胶原含量比模型组明显降低(7.25±0.78 vs 20.37±1.31),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论体外培育牛黄制剂可以明显减轻血吸虫病肝纤维化程度,对肝纤维化有治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of in - vitro cultivated calculus bovis compound preparation ( ICCBco ) on extmcellular matrix in rabbit experimental liver fibrosis induced by with schistosomia japonicum. Methods The model of liver fibrosis was pereutaneously induced by the infection of cercaria of s. japonicum in rabbits. Seven rabbits with liver fibrosis was treated with ICCBco orally for begining at 40 days after infection. Masson trichome was used to detect the expression of collagen, and the results were analyzed by image analysis system. Results Increased content of collagenous fiber was detected in rabbits with schistosomiasis (20.37 ± 1.31 vs 4.72 ± 0.85), which was reversed by ICCBco therapy(7.25 ± 0.78 vs 20.37 ± 1.31). According to image analysis, collagen expression significantly decreased after therapy. Conclusion ICCBco can effectively protect liver from deposition of collagen and fibrosis.
