紫外分光光度法测定复方苯巴比妥散中乙酰水杨酸的含量

摘要 表文报道了紫外分光光度法测定复方苯巴比妥散中乙酰水杨酸的含量,采用溶荆为 pH2.2HCl—KCl 缓冲液,测定波长为260nm。乙酰水杨酸在8~160μg 浓度范围内呈良好线性。三种不同配方的回收率分别为100.6%、100.5%和100.1%,相对标准差为0.8%、1.1%和0.93%,其存的苯巴比妥及乳糖对测定无干扰。 A new ultraviolet spectrophotometry is used for determination of compound phenobarbital powder.The analysis was made with the wave length 276 nm usion the pH2.2 buffer of HCL— KCL as solvent.The result showed a better linear of acetylsalicylic acid in its 8 to 160μg/ml of concentrations and the recoveries of different formula were 100.6%、100.5% and 100.1%, reapecticely,with relative standard deviation(n=8)of 0.8%,1.1% and 0.93%,respectively and ther were no interferences from phenobarbital and lactose.
