对当前资源经济学、生态经济学和环境经济学研究的前沿领域——环境价值评估方法之一——权变评价（CVM法）进行了探讨。对其评价方法的含义及理论基础和问卷格式进行了分析，阐述了评价中可能出现的偏差、解决的办法以及CVM法研究中的争议，最后作出总体评价。

This paper discusses that one of appraising methods of non-using value in ecological tourism districts Contingent Valuation Method（CVM） which is one of the advanced fields in studying resource economics, environmental economics, and ecological economics. It is at large analyzed that its signification, its putting forward and development, its academic origins and its questionnaire＇s formations.
