摘要
从生产节能角度出发,介绍了直接法生产硝酸钠和亚硝酸钠过程中,蒸发、结晶工序的工艺设备改造后一次蒸汽的消耗情况,以及实际生产中回收利用一次蒸汽冷凝液和综合利用余热资源(高温氮混合气和蒸发工序的废热蒸汽)的情况。取得了可观的经济和社会效益。
In view of the energy -saving, the consumption of one -stage vapor after the improvement of technology and equipment of evaporation and crystallization sections in the production of NaNO3/NaNO2 by direct method is introduced. And also the recovery and utilization of condensed fluid of one - stage vapor and residue heat ( including high - temperature N2 mixed gas and exhaust heat vapor) are stated. The remarkable economic and social benefits are obtained.
