用氟化盐生产的原料氟铝酸铵中机械杂质多,影响了车间正常生产和冰晶石产品质量的现状,提出使用弧形筛过滤料浆,除去其中的机械杂质,来解决上述问题的方案,经生产试用,效果良好,取得了很好的经济效益。

Due to large amount impurity in ammonium fluoaluminate which is used as raw material for the production of fluoride salt, the smooth operation and the quality of cryolite are affected. A pressure crank sifting machine is proposed for the filtration of the slurry to remove the impurities. Through the trail application in the productiont the effectiveness is good and the remarkable economic benefit is got.
