摘要
现代企业的人力资源开发具有重要战略意义。目前,我国的人力资源管理与社会主义市场经济需要还不相适应,需要树立“以人为本”和“人力资源是第一资源”的概念。提高企业人力资源管理水平必须进行企业的人事制度改革。
Exploiting human resources of modern enterprises possesses a great strategic meaning. At present, the human resource management in our country has not yet adapted to the demands of social market economy and needed establishing the human-oriented concept and the value of “human resources is the priority resource.”Therefore, it must be reformed in personnel affairs to strengthen human resources management of enterprises.
