民族法对人的效力原则是民族立法应优先加以考虑的,而我国古代民族法对人的效力原则呈现出多样性。历代民族法所确立的原则基本上符合当时的政治、经济、文化等各方面的需要,既有差别,又有历史的连续性。研究古代民族法对人的效力的原则,将对我国现代民族地区民族立法具有重要的借鉴价值。
