摘要
目的探讨环氧化酶-2(cyclooxygenase,COX-2)在喉癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测29例喉癌及15例声带息肉组织中COX-2的表达。结果喉癌组COX-2阳性表达率为72.4%(21/29),声带息肉组COX-2阳性表达率为0(0/15),两者比较具有非常显著差异(P<0.001)。结论COX-2在喉癌组织中表达增高,表明COX-2可能在喉癌的发生发展中起重要作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the expression and its clinical significance of cyclooxygenase 2（COX-2） in laryngeal carcinoma. METHODS The immunohistochemistry method was used to determine the expression of COX-2 protein in specimen of 29 cases with laryngeal carcinoma and 15 cases with vocal cord polyps, RESULTS Positive staining rate of COX-2 in specimen of laryngeal carcinoma （ 72.4 % ） was significantly higher than that of vocal cord polyps （0.0 %）（P 〈 0.001）. CONCLUSION Overexpression of COX-2 may play a crucial role in the carcinogenesis and progression of laryngeal carcinoma.
