拇指末节桡侧指甲角与指屈纹间的解剖学观察

Anatomical study of radial minor details of the thumb between mail—angle and lines of the counting on one's fingers

本文对250例随机选定人员的拇指末节挠侧指甲角与指屈纹间的解剖学结构进行了观察与测量,初步将指甲形态分为四型,并对弧影与皮沟及指甲角,皮沟与远横系统及指屈纹间的关系作了探讨分析。在这些关系中,以弧影位于皮沟尺侧,弧影内含于指甲角,远横系统与皮沟相接为最常见,平均分别占34.5%,24.9%和28.1%。

The anatomical structure radial minor details of the thumb between nail—angel and lines of the counting on their fingers were studied and measured in 250 persons.Primarily classfied the shape of the nail into 4 models,and probed into lunulae the grooves of skin,distal transvers sys- tem and lines of the counting on their fingers.Among there,the relation of the lunulae loeuted ul- na grooves of skin.nail—angle and lunule,listal transverse system linked grooves of skin are common,their mean percentages are 84. 5%,24. 9% and 28. 1%.
