摘要
交通事故信息分析和事故责任认定是交通管理工作的重要内容之一,将交通事故信息分析放入人、车、路等交通大环境中考虑,以数据仓库为基础,采用联机分析、数据挖掘、知识发现等新一代信息分析手段和计算智能技术,构建了一个实用高效的交通事故信息智能分析与责任认定系统,并阐述了系统各主要组成部分功能及其关键技术与实现方法。系统正应用于我国南方某省的交通管理部门。
The analysis of traffic accident information and liability judgment of traffic accident are the main jobs of traffic administration.For the sake of analyzing traffic accident information, varied resources of traffic information were taken into account. With the integration of the data in different application system, the traffic accident information warehouse was built as the foundation. A practicable and effective system model of traffic accident information analysis and intelligent liability judgment system was given based on computing intelligence and the new analysis techniques, such as on-line analytical processing, data mining and knowledge discovery etc. At the mean time, the framework, the main function and its realization were discussed. The system is used by the traffic administration department of one province in south China.
