摘要
针对三辊卷板机卷制任意锥筒难度较大的情况,经过长期对卷板机的设计和研究,通过分析卷板的工艺原理和三辊卷板机的工作原理,利用卷板机上轴辊的调整规律,推导出较为实用的数学公式。避免在卷制锥筒时反复进行多次操作,降低了劳动强度,从而提高了生产率。
According to the situation that three milers bending machine winding radom taper cylinder is very difficult,through long-term design and research and analyze bending's process principle and three rollers bending machine's working principle, utilizes adjustment regulation of shaft roller on bending machine, induce function as useful math formula.Consequently avoid repeat operation when we wind taper cylinder, decrease labor power and increase work efficiency.
