通过对正常人发与单丝手术缝合线的生物力学比较得出,10—50岁正常男女人发可替代6—0～8—0号单丝手术缝合线。并且得出人发弹性好,但表面结构较缝合线粗糙。若在术中用患者本人头发进行创口缝合,可望减弱或避免化学合成手术缝合线的毒性和异物刺激性。

Biomechanics comparation between monofilament suture with human hair was made.The re- sults showed that normal human hair frim those at the ages of 10 to 50 years could repace No.6— 0 to 8—0 monofitament operative suture and that the elasticity of human hair was better but it's surface structure was more rough than suture.If the patient's hair is used to suture a wournd,it may be xpected to reduce or avoid the toxicity and stimulation of chemosynthetic operative su- ture.
