设计了一种等加速喷嘴,给出了建立等加速曲线方程的方法。讨论了内孔为细长孔,孔的母线为等加速曲线的喷嘴零件的加工方法。实践中采用了自动编程软件辅助编程,专用车刀等。此项目获得了良好的经济效益。

This paper generally designs a kind of constant acceleration spray nozzle, gives a method of building constant acceleration curve of equation. And discusses a machining way when the hole is thin and long, then take the bus-bar of the hole as the constant acceleration curve spray nozzle part. In practice, using automatic programming software adided programme, specific cutter etc.. This project has got good economic results.
