摘要
采煤机、刮板输送机、乳化液泵等在长期运行后,采煤机摇臂轴承孔、刮板输送机减速箱Ⅰ轴轴承座、乳化液泵曲轴、箱体滑块孔都受到磨损,轻则造成轴承跑外圆、曲轴轴瓦间隙大、滑块划伤箱孔;重则造成设备无法运行,按传统的焊后镗或镶套等方法周期长,有时很难实施;现采用电刷镀技术现场修复或在线施镀,而后研磨达到恢复其性能的效果;指出修复范围和发展方向。
Mine machinery such as mining machine, scratch board conveyor, emulsion pump and so on, after running for a long time, the rocker arm bearing hole of the mining machine, the gearbox one axle bearing flat of the scratch board conveyor, the bent axle and case body slippery holes of the emulsion pump will wear and tear. It may cause bearing act as a traveling agent round, the axle bush interval of the bent axle heavy and the gliding block scratch the hole of the case;and even cause the equipment to be unable to run. According to the traditional methods, such as welding bore or inlay suit needs a very long period, and sometimes are much difficult to implement. Now adopting electric brush plating technology to repair or operate it online live, and then grind and get the effect of resuming its performance. Points out the range of repairs and the developing direction.
