摘要
目的探讨抗DDVP、抗残杀威、抗氯氰菊酯品系淡色库蚊的抗药性生物测定水平与乙酰胆碱酯酶(Acetylcholinesterase,AChE)活性的相关性。方法采用WHO生物测试法和微量滴定板法。结果在43个世代选育过程中,抗DDVP、抗残杀威、抗氯氰菊酯3种抗性品系抗性指数随世代的增加而增高,而AChE活性及敏感性在3种抗性品系中,抗残杀威品系AChE的平均抑制率随着世代的增加抗性增高程度逐渐变低,其次为抗DDVP品系。而抑制率<30%的蚊虫抗性个体频率随着世代的增加抗性增高而增高,以抗残杀威品系最高,其次为抗DDVP品系,呈正相关关系。与生物测试法基本一致。而抗氯氰菊酯品系与敏感品系相类似。结论AChE活性在淡色库蚊与氨基甲酸酯类及有机磷杀虫剂的生测抗性水平具有相关性,与拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的抗性关系不大。
Objective To explore the correlation of the resistance of Propoxur-resistant, DDVP-resistant and Cypermethrin-resistant Culex pipiens pallens strains with Acetylcholinesterase(AChE) activity. Methods WHO bioassay and micro-plate method were used for the tests. Results The resistance indices of the three resistant strains became increased with the extension of generations during the 43-generations' insecticide resistance selection. The average AChE inhibition rate of Propoxur-resistant strain decreased with the extension of generations and the individual frequency of those with inhibition rate no less than 30 96 was the highest in the three resistant strains, followed by DDVP-resistant strain, showing a correlation. The results were consistent basically with those of bioassay. The AChE activity in Cypermethrin-resistant strain was similar to that of the susceptible strain. Conclusion The AChE activity showed a correlation with the resistance of Cx. pipiens pallens to carbamates and organophosphorus insecticides,and little with that to pyrethroids.
