银行资金池风险与柜员授权卡管理

Bank Capital Pool and Management of Authorization Card

计算机的广泛运用使银行资金池的容量变得越来越大,与银行资金池相关的案件也频频发生。本文从银行资金池扩展性、虚拟性和波动性三大特点分析入手,透析了银行资金池的潜在风险及产生原因,论述了银行员工授权卡管理及员工授权卡三个体系建设,从管控技术环节提出了对银行资金池风险实施有效管理和防范的建议。

Extensive use of computer in banking industry leads to larger and larger capacity of Bank Capital Pool（BCP） . At the same time, the crimes related to BCP happen frequendy here and there. This article firstly analyses the 3 characteristics of BCP, i.e. expansibility, Virtualization and fluctuation, then the potential risks of BCP and its reasons. Finally, it points out the importance and necessity of the management of authorization card of bank staff through the establishment of three systems. The author, in this essay, makes some recommendations of effective prevention and management of BCP from the point of the technical control.
