应用GPS技术,提高公路养护管理的效率和水平,通过加强基层科学管理,并建立系统的大型公路信息网,从整体上摆脱原有落后的管理模式,做到与时俱进,科学管理。
Using GPS technology to improve the management efficiency and level of highway maintenance.Through enhancing scientific management of the grass roots, and establishing large-scale systematic highway information network, the original backward management pattern was changed, so that advancment with times ＆ scientific management were realized.
