The Decoiling Auto-line Material Sending System Based on Servo System

介绍了基于伺服系统的开卷自动线送料系统的方案设计及送料系统的构成;同时还介绍了控制系统的组成、控制方式的设计和系统的工作过程。系统采用交流伺服调速和全闭环控制,大幅度提高了送料尺寸控制精度,同时使得操作调整实现了数字化控制。新设计的开卷自动线送料系统已成功地应用于生产实践,并且运行稳定,操作方便快捷,控制可靠,送料尺寸一直保持精确稳定。

This paper introduces the design and composing of the decoiling auto - line material sending system based on servo system, and also introduces the composing of the controlling system, the design of the controlling manner and the working course of the system. The precision of material sending size controlling is greatly improved, and the digital control for operation adjusting is realized because that the AC servo speed regulating and double closed -loop control method are adopted. The newly designed system has been successfully applied to practical production, features stable running, simple operation and reliable control. The material sending size is kept accurately and stably.
