新型锥齿轮锻件切边模研制

Development of New Type of Trimming Die for Bevel Gear Forgings

摘要 锥齿轮锻件原切边模结构不尽合理,模块刃口加工方法落后,模具寿命低、切边质量差。提出新型切边模结构和刃口齿形设计计算公式,论述模具制造工艺、模块翻新和模具系列化方案。新型模具克服了原模具的缺点,显著提高了锻件切边质量和模具寿命,降低了模具成本。 In virtue of the unreasonable structure and backward manufacture processes of the cutting edge of the die blocks, the life of the former trimming dies for forged bevel gears is short and trimming quality is poor. A new type of structure of the trimming dies and the formulae for designing the cutting edge of the dies are put forward, the manufacture process and the seriation of the dies are discussed. The new type of dies has overcome the shortages of the former dies. The quality of trimming for forgings and life of dies are notably promoted, the cost of dies is reduced.
