摘要
SA8000是世界上第一个社会道德责任标准。作为社会责任方面的一个认证体系,它不仅明确了社会责任规范,而且也提出了相应的管理体系要求,在一定程度上可以规范组织尤其是企业的道德行为,有助于改善劳动条件,保障劳工权益。但是SA8000已经日益成为欧美西方国家限制发展中国家劳动密集型产品出口的有利工具之一。SA8000标准自20世纪90年代进入我国,对我国出口企业产生了极大影响。本文旨在分析这些影响并提出相应对策。
SA8000 is the first global social ethical standard. Being a verification system on social accountability, SA8000 not only prescribes specific performance standards but also defines a set of standards on the management system. In a degree, this makes it possible to regulate the ethical behavior of organizations,especially the enterprises, to assure both humane working conditions and labor rights. However, there is a tendency that SA8000 is increasingly becoming a good excuse of some developed countries to restrict the exportation of labor-intensive products made by developing countries. In China, SA8000 has already had a great effect on China's export enterprises since 1990s. This paper aims to analyze the negative effects of SA8000 on China's export enterprises and tries to put forward some countermeasures.SA8000 standard; market competitiveness; market access
