摘要
信息技术应用于银行业是必然的,而且随着信息技术的升级及其解决金融信息问题能力的增强,其对商业银行组织结构的影响日益明显。本文则就信息技术尤其是数据大集中的发展对商业银行后台组织与业务的影响做了相关的研究,并介绍了后台组织设置的发展趋势。
It is inevitable for information technology (IT) to be applied to the banking industry. With the upgrading of IT and its strengthening power in solving problems in financial information processing, it has shown an increasingly strong impact on the organizational structure in commercial banks. This paper discusses the impact of IT, especially the concentration of business data, on back desk organization and businesses in commercial banks, and then predicts the development trend of back desk organization in the future.
