Modern service industry is an important mark for the development of a country or a district. As capital of PRC and international metropolis to wield its power and function fully, for the establishment and development of world-class service centre, with the improvement of living standard and life quality for Beijing citizens, Beijing is more and more dependent on quality speedy growth of Beijing modern service industry.This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of Beijing modern service industry, on the basis of which it probes into the opportunities and challenges for the development of Beijing modern service industry in a thorough and systematic way.
