摘要
以砂地柏精油为原料,筛选出合适的溶剂和乳化剂,研制出了0.75%砂地柏精油乳油。对其热贮稳定性、有效成分含量等理化性能测定表明该制剂性能稳定。结合乳油的乳状液分散性和稳定性,确定溶剂为无水乙醇,乳化剂为吐温-A。确定的最终配方为:砂地柏精油10%(换算成松油烯-4-醇含量为0.75%),乳化剂2.5%,溶剂87.5%。采用三角瓶密闭熏蒸法等生测方法测定了乳油的杀虫活性,结果表明其对家蝇和孑孓具有较好的毒杀活性,在37.500和18.750μL/L的浓度下,对孑孓的24 h毒杀死亡率分别为100.0%和88.4%;在2.1080和1.055μL/L的浓度下,对家蝇的熏杀死亡率分别为100.0%和80.0%;该制剂对家蝇还表现出较强的击倒活性,浓度为4.218μL/L时,7 m in击倒率为50%,11 m in击倒率为100%。
The main results of the development on the preparation of 0. 75% of essential oil from Sabina vulgaris Ant emulsifiable concentrates (EC) were studied and its insecticidal activities were tested as well in this paper. The component of the EC is essential oil from Sabina vulgaris Ant.(10%), anhydrous ethanol as solvent (87.5%), and TuWen-A as emulsifier (2. 5%). The results indicated that the qualities of this botanical pesticide formulation showed the better hot storage stability (30±1℃ ). The formulation had good fumigant activities against Musca domestica L. and the insecticidal activities against the larva of Culex pipidens pallens. When the concentration of the EC are 37. 500μL/L and 18. 750μL/L the corrected mortality of Musca domestica L. were 100.0% and 88.4% respectively; the corrected mortality of the larva of Culex pipidens pallens were 100. 0% and 80.0% (concentration: 2. 1080 μL/L and 1. 055μL/L respectively). The formulaion also showed stronger knock down activities against Musca domestica L.
