摘要
以九牛造为原料,经过回流提取、系统溶剂萃取,采用小叶蝶添加法对各供试样品进行检测,结果表明,其石油醚和苯萃取物对三龄粘虫具有较高的毒杀活性,其72 h的拒食率和死亡率分别为100%、100%和80.0%、83.3%,表明具有杀虫活性的有效部分属极性较小的物质。据此用苯提取浓缩,经薄层层析和柱层析后得到4种分离物,它们在浓度为1‰时对三龄粘虫的毒杀活性测定结果表明,除4#样外,其它各样72 h拒食率均高于50%。
By means of reflux abstracting and systemic solvent separating method, this paper researched the active parts from. Euphorbia hylonorna Hand.-Mzt. By measured bioactivity of the samples using the conventional leaf disk method, a petroleum ether and benzene extracts of Euphorbia hylonoma Hand. -Mzt. have better intoxicating activities to 3 rd armyworm. Their antifeeding rate and died rate of 72 h to 3rd armyworm were respectively 100%,100% and 80.0%, 83.3%. The 4 kinds of substances were obtained from its benzene extracts by TLC and column chromatography. Besides of 4^#. the antifeeding rate of others in 72 h were all over 50% in 1‰ concentration. We can draw a conclusion that the active substances of killing insects were non-polar.
