中药复方免疫增强剂中多糖的超声提取及含量测定

Ultrasonic Extraction and Determination of Polysaccharide of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound Immunoenhancer

目的为了测定中药复方免疫增强剂中多糖的含量。方法采用超声技术提取该增强剂中的多糖,用苯酚一浓硫酸比色法测定增强剂中多糖的含量。结果该中药复方免疫增强剂中多糖含量为11.6%,平均回收率为98.16%,RSD=1.87%(n=4)。结论超声提取多糖的技术方法简单、快速、准确,结果可信。

Objective Determination of polysaccharide from the traditional chinese medicine compound immunoenhancer. Methods Ultrasonic technique applied in polysaccharide of the traditional chinese medicine compound immunoenhancer were obtained, content determination with colorimetry. Results The content of polysaccharide was 11.6%, recovery rate. Conclusion 98.16%,RSD=1.87% （n=4）.The method was simple, rapid and accurate, the result is satisfactory.
