消臌散治疗肝硬化脾功能亢进临床观察

The Clinical Observation on Xiaogu Powder(消臌散) for Hypersplenism in Liver Cirrhosis

目的观察消臌散治疗肝硬化脾功能亢进的临床疗效。方法将患者60例随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均给予西药保肝治疗,治疗组加用中药消臌散口服。观察两组治疗前后血常规、脾脏厚度等的变化。结果治疗组白细胞计数、血小板计数及脾脏厚度的改善优于对照组。结论消臌散具有改善肝硬化和脾功能亢进的作用。

Objective:To observe the effects of the Xiaogu Powder(XP,消臌散) for hypersple nism in liver cirrhosis.Methods:The patients were divided into two groups random ly,30cases for the treated group and 30 cases for the control group.They were al l treated with western medicine used for protecting liver treatment.Besides,the treated group received xP,a kind of the traditional chinese herbs.To observe the clinic effects,measure the blood cell count and the thickness of spleen before and after the treatment.Results:The symptoms of haemorrhage were improved.The le vels of blood platelet count and white blood cell count of the treated group wer e higher than those of the control group.The thickness of spleen of the treated group were decreased than of the control group.Conclusion:XP has the effect of c orrecting hypersplenism in liver cirrhosis.
