摘要 目的 探讨CT定位下行颅内血肿微创清除术治疗基底节区脑出血的疗效。方法 用YL 1型颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针对84例基底节区脑出血患者在CT定位下行颅内血肿微创清除术,并与同期住院的80例单纯内科保守治疗组做对照。结果 术后14d及3个月微创组生存率、病死率及神经功能恢复均优于对照组。结论 用YL 1型穿刺针行颅内血肿碎吸治疗基底节脑出血是一种简便易行,安全有效,十分实用的的方法。 Objective To observe the effects of minimally invasive technique for breaking and aspirating the hematomas in basal nuclei after intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH). Methods With the help of localization by computerized tomography (CT) scanning,84 patents who suffered from ICH in basalnuclei were undergone surgery treatment with disposable perforating needle YL-1 drilling for removing the hematomas while 80 cases of the hospitalized same sufferers treated by traditional approaches were employed as control group for comparing therapeutic effects. Results In two weeks and three months after operation, the survivals, case-fatality rate and condition of nerve function recovery were all better than the control group. Conclusion The treatment of breaking and aspirating the basal nuclei hematomas with disposable perforating needle YL-1 is a simple and easy-operated ,safe and effective and it can be widely applied to clinic.
